4. Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Start T-shirt, but as a mission-driven organization, we maintain the following strict policy:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer monetary returns or refunds on any purchases or donations.

  • Size Exchanges: If your shirt doesn't fit quite right, you may request a size change.

  • The Window: You have 30 days from the date of product delivery to request an exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a size exchange.
